Delivery & Returns
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Australia. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Australia only. Any shipments outside of Australia are not available at this time.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5- 14 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, the items ordered, weight of products and priority level assigned to your delivery. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, delivery method and location. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. GST & goods service tax is included in the price.

Refund and Exchange policy
Clearance items are not eligible for a refund if you change your mind. Should you find a problem with you purchase, pending assessment, we will offer you a replacement, repair or an exchange on the faulty product where:
- The product has faulty workmanship
- The product is faulty through no fault of yours
- The product has defects that were not brought to your attention.
- The product is not fit for the stated purpose you made known to our sales staff
- The product does not match the descriptions.
Goods must be returned within 7 days, with proof of purchase and exhibit a problem that has not been caused by you.
